Father Robert Rieger has been a priest for 30 years and a member of the Marian Community - Oasis of Peace for 37 years.

A native of New Zealand, he grew up in a culture that promotes sports and outdoor life in the midst of nature. He believes that the formation of men, of masculinity, requires mature fathers who can be wise role models present in the lives of young people.
